Caught With His Pants Down

Lewd Conduct:
On Sept. 30 a black male was arrested for lewd conduct. A witness reported to the Valley College Sheriff's Department that he heard the suspect masturbating in the men's bathroom in the business journalism building.
According to the report, when the officers entered the restroom the suspect said, "I am not jacking off." The suspect then claimed he was making moaning sounds due to a bowel movement and was also cleaning some "offensive words off the wall." The Officers were unable to find any evidence of graffiti on the walls.
The suspect, a former Valley student, claimed he was given permission by an instructor to be on campus, however, that instructor denies his claim stating he has kicked the suspect out of the music building several times for sleeping in a classroom.
According to the report, the suspect was taken to the West Hollywood Police Station. The suspect's description matches two prior acts of indecent exposure and charges are pending.

Collision on Campus:
A collision occurred on Campus Drive on Sep. 31. Those involved included a 41-year-old female driving a black Chevrolet Trail Blazer and a male driving a white Toyota Four Runner. According to the driver of the Toyota, he was backing out of the driveway of lot C onto Campus Drive when he collided with the female who was turning from parking lot D. The female was taken to the Valley Presbyterian Hospital with complaints of back pain.

Battery:
A female student attacked the girls' basketball coach Sept. 27 after they had an argument. According to the victim, she had informed the assailant that she would not make the team. The victim then asked the suspect to remove her items and when the suspect refused, the victim proceeded to remove them and then the student assaulted her. According to the report, the victim sustained minor scratches to her throat and left ear while the suspect was uninjured. No charges will be pressed, however, the matter will be forwarded to the college administration.
