CHICAGO- Valley College Theater Department Chair Pete Parkins has received the rights to bring the hit broadway musical "Chicago" to Valley´s Maintage Theater. Rehearsals are underway as students, including Madison Gray (center), who will play Velma, anticipate opening night in April.
