A MOMENT IN TIME- Valley College officials celebrated the "Topping Off" of the Allied Heath and Science Center in late January. The building, located on the southeast end of campus, will be a state-of-the art teaching lab and classroom facility. The event commemorated the placing of the final piece of steel on the building that was signed by department representatives who will use the facility once it's completed.
